Interior lining
The inside of the shoe is as considered as the outside. SEMELLE is the proprietary interior leather lining system · the surface the foot touches, the surface that carries the customer's initials when INITIALE is selected.

LACET
Fastening & hardware
Every shoe fastening · buckle, ankle strap, lace eyelet, zip pull · follows the same hardware language as the bag line. Gold only. The shoe and the bag on the same woman read as one system.
18k yellow gold finish on all hardware. Consistent with bag hardware. No silver, no gunmetal.
Simple rectangular or oval buckle · no decorative engraving on shoe buckles.
Gold eyelets, flush set. No aglets · lace tips finished in liquid gold.
Slim gold pull, house monogram engraved on the pull face.

MESURE
Made to measure construction · the garment built to the body, not the body fitted to the rack.

The service
MESURE is the made to measure tier. Every standard piece in the line is available as a MESURE commission · built to the customer's exact measurements, at a price premium above the standard edition. MESURE pieces count toward the edition number of the style they are based on.
All apparel, shoes, bags, and jewellery. Every category in the line.
+50% above the standard piece price. Non negotiable.
100% payment at order. Full amount clears before production begins.
Non cancellable once production begins (48 hours after order confirmation).
Final sale. A custom piece built to your measurements cannot be returned.

INITIALE
Your initials worked into the piece · placement and technique vary by category.
3.1
The service
INITIALE is the personalisation service. The customer's initials worked into the piece itself · not a tag, not a label. The initials are part of the construction. Available standalone or combined with MESURE.
Up to three initials. Cormorant Garamond Light italic · consistent with the house typography.
+15% above the standard piece price. Stackable with MESURE (+50%). Combined: +65% total.
+1 week on top of standard production or MESURE lead time.
Final sale. A personalised piece cannot be returned under any circumstances.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns.
Every piece is produced in a numbered edition and archived on sellout. A returned piece cannot re enter inventory. Every MESURE piece is built to one person's measurements. Every INITIALE piece carries one person's initials. Purchase is a commitment.
Final sale. No returns, no exchanges, no refunds after purchase.

Documented damage within 24 hours of delivery. Replacement or store credit at house discretion.
